Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or seasoned player, you will definitely benefit from this College Lecture Series. Professor Dolph's Online Video Lectures are designed to bridge the gap between playing the lottery as a novice and playing like a pro. The Lottery College is open for enrollment for lottery players around the world.
Order the Lecture you want. The tuition is only $10. You are not purchasing the lecture itself but access to the Lecture Hall; much like a movie ticket. You will be sent a confirmation email with a link to the Lecture Hall where you will have a full 12 hours to view the lecture.
